BETHUNE COLLEGE, affiliated to Kolkata University, is the first women's college in Asia,
founded in 1879.
TARGET
set up Endowment Funds and Professorships in memory of late
Jyotsna Moyee Dey,
mother of TARGET's Managing Trustee, who also studied at
Bethune College and graduated in Mathematics in 1923.
Without education among women, we will never be really developed.
Post-Graduate specialist subjects are related to mathematics,
including actuarial science, and physics.
